The opportunity to hear how a TOA works and how it delivers functionality mirroring all the complex requirements involving people which drives any business. You will hear how, with a business driven design philosophy, this EU innovative company has solved one of the biggest business software issues - the gap between business requirements and implementation. Hear how a TOA fits into SOA to deliver the three key attributes for any new software purchase:
- Compliance - to ensure people work within today's regulated environment.
- Agility - software that changes as the business changes.
- Performance Management - real time operational information to be 'predictive' and efficient.
Company bio:
Procession – founded in 1994 – is UK owned and based. It is an innovative
software technology company that challenges convention thinking in software

on the key business requirements of Compliance, Agility and real time
Operational Performance Management.

Intelligent Communications - Unleashing The Power of Possibility
Intelligent Communications is the ability to bring people into transactions
when needed – the right person, at the right time, using the right
medium, be it voice, video, or text.
Intelligent communications is accomplished by embedding voice into business
processes, by linking business applications with communications applications,
which is software on any network. Services help ensure the security and
continuity of intelligent communications.
Our analysis of the market suggests that the communications applications
that enable intelligent communications constitute an emerging market category
-- Business communications applications .
It’s not business applications – what you buy from Oracle,
or Siebel or SAP.
Rather, business communications applications are software that today can
be linked with business applications – and in the combination, deliver
intelligent communications on a level not known today.
The embedding of communications within business processes is making people
more productive by giving them greater capabilities and the ability to
control their communications experience; it will make processes more intelligent
by bringing people into transactions when needed; and it will make customers
more satisfied by allowing businesses to be more responsive to their needs.

The strategies of contents and the leading organization of the companies

the culture of "live" information, the universalization of the
exchanges impose response times increasingly close to the real time. And
in parallel this exponential growth of information and requires and implies
an increasingly significant number of actors and impose a true collaborative
workflow.
